We want you to love your Bigjigs Toys fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to qualify for a refund.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
